JOSS Realty Partners LLC (“JOSS”) is a private real estate investment management firm headquartered in New York City. The firm acquires quality office properties and purchases and originates office property loans in the metropolitan markets of Washington, D.C., New York, Philadelphia, Boston and Southeastern Florida. Since 2005, JOSS has acquired 15 office assets totaling over 2.5 million square feet with a value in excess of $600 million.

JOSS was founded in 2005 by Larry Botel and Steve Klein. Mr. Botel and Mr. Klein collectively have 45 years of experience in acquiring and operating commercial office properties in JOSS’s target markets and have a long history of working together. Heidi Silverberg joined in 2008 and has over 20 years experience structuring, originating, underwriting, risk-assessing and rating real estate loans. JOSS’s senior management team has developed in-depth market knowledge and an extensive network of local relationships from its collective experience in acquiring, re-developing and financing properties in its target markets.

BMS Real Estate Services LLC, an affiliated property management company, manages over 3,000,000 square feet of office properties.
